BACKROOM TABLE LOTS (BEGINS APROX 2 - 3pm)
THE BACK ROOM TABLES LOTS FOR THIS AUCTION. GREAT TREASURE. Special Note: Backroom table lots normally start about 3pm but may start a bit EARLIER for this auction. POSSIBLY AS EARLY AS 2PM! The back tables are composed of all the normal household items Decor, Household goods, Tools, Collectibles, Books, repair parts, etc etc.
Because of the large quantity of consignments and estate clearances there are more items than ever on the 3pm back table lots. Our back tables look like many other auctions star items!! Don't miss out on great table lots.
99% of this auction is being sold ABSOLUTE with no minimums. Buyers Premium is 13% with a 3% discount for payment by cash or good check. Bring your trucks! Delivery for hire also.
Note: An "absolute" auction is one in which the item will be sold to the highest bidder. There will be no minimum opening price or required price to be met on items sold absolute. A buyers premium is a fee, usually a percentage, many auctioneers add to the buyers final bill. It is a revenue enhancement method some auctioneers use to help offset the selling expenses to entice sellers to consign better items for absolute auction.
Sold the Way You Like
No Reserves, No Minimums
We operate a rather fast paced auction so we can get all the good stuff sold between 10am and 3pm. When we are having the backroom table lots we like to get started on them about 3pm so everyone can get home early.
On the main 10am auction we will try to sell requests early so you don't have to wait hours for just one item. We don't mind if you want to start the bidding low. Besides its not where it starts that is important; it's where it ends! Also we won't waste your time with lectures and we won't try to start the price up high and come down to nothing just to see it go back up. (It's a waste of time, everything starts low)
For people who can't attend the auction: Absentee bids are treated like a proxy bid and bought at the lowest bid up to the amount offered. For example, if you leave instructions to buy a lot for up to $100.00 and the bidding stops at $60.00. Then that is your bid, $60.00. Tie bids go to the person on the floor. All items including absentee bid items must be removed from the building by Monday 6pm after the auction.
Note to Out of town people and new buyers: Please bring a Visa/MC to guarantee your checks !!
Come enjoy!

Coming from the North on U.S. 17 it is advisable to take the by-pass (I-526) toward North Charleston and continuing on I-526 toward Savannah. When you get to the end of I-526 take a right on U.S 17 South toward Savannah. Go about 1/3 mile and look for us on the lefthand side of U.S 17 just before the Hess Station.
Coming from the West on I-26 take exit 212 where it says "I-526 Savannah". Continue to the end and make a right onto U.S.17 South. We are about 1/3 mile out on the lefthand side just before the Hess Station.
There are Plenty of Motels, Lodges, and B&B and Charleston has more World Class Restaurants than most Major Cities.
